The CH-35 is 10 years of proven
technology that has set the standard
in integrated towing and recovery
units, combined into an all-new
package with many new and enhanced
features. The recovery boom has
been totally redesigned to provide
increased reach and greater
hydraulic power to tackle the
toughest lifting and recovery jobs.
For difficult-to-tow vehicles, the
underlift enhancements include a
fabricated 2nd and 3rd stage stinger
to provide additional reach, along
with increased positive and negative
tilt for ease of hook-up and
improved stinger clearance. The
newly-designed tailboard
incorporates diagonally-opposed
outriggers and dual position feet to
provide stability and holding power

RECOMMENDATIONS |
|
Tandem 40,000 lb. rear axle capacity.
Minimum RBM (resisting bending moment) for
each frame rail is 2,250,000 in./lb.,
minimum GVW (gross vehicle weight) is 53,200
lbs.
All specifications are minimums, heavier
specifications may be required depending on
chassis and equipment weights.
Minimum C.B. (cab to bogie) dimension is 156
inches. The minimum frame length behind the
center line of the rear axle is 40 inches.
The outside frame rails of chassis extending
behind cab must be free of fuel tanks, air
tanks, battery boxes, etc.
