Designed for the operator who wants to
go a step beyond the one-ton chassis,
the Holmes HP 552 is a series of towing
and recovery equipment that will provide
years of tough, dependable service. The
series is equipped with the LD 6500
underlift, a twelve-ton recovery boom,
and winches rated at 15,000 lbs.
The 552 utilizes a dual hydraulic pump,
a feature usually found in heavy duty
units, to power the Holmes-designed
winches. Combining the winches with the
twelve-ton boom provides the strength
needed for difficult recovery
situations.
The LD 6500 underlift may be used with
either L arms or frame forks. The L
arms, with a rating of up to 6,000 lbs.
when fully extended 68.5" from the
tailboard, will allow you to carry cars,
light trucks, and motorhomes. The frame
forks will give you added versatility.

if your operation requires more than
